AMOREPACIFIC MALAYSIA is looking for an E-Commerce Executive & E-Commerce Operation Executive to join us.Role 1: E-Commerce Operation ExecutiveJob Description:Assist in managing and executing overall operational readiness and processes while ensuring Customer Service excellence across eCommerce platforms & owned sites.Monitor and process all online order fulfilment, inventory, returns and exchanges in the system in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure stock availability by monitoring and synchronizing inventory across all platforms and warehouses.Provide administrative support to streamline order processing and courier operations, continuously improving operational readiness.Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues promptly with effective solutions.Deliver customer service support across eCommerce platforms and owned sites via live chat, email, and phone (where required), handling queries related to returns, product defects, delivery issues, and other service matters to ensure a seamless customer journey.Liaise actively with external stakeholders such as warehouse teams, courier partners and eCommerce platform support teams.Collaborate with internal logistics, eCommerce and marketing teams to align operational execution with business objectives.Support the implementation of all promotional plans and campaign coordination across various systems and platforms.Coordinate and monitor system updates, ensuring accurate sales configuration and reporting across platforms.Track and report daily on approved KPIs, monitor progress, and highlight opportunities for operational improvement.Represent the company by providing timely, professional advice and assistance to customers on beauty products.Role 2: E-Commerce Executive (Lazada)Job Description:Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial/marketing campaigns in online marketplaces/platforms.Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.Ability to merge eCommerce implementation & branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth.Basic understanding in data & competitive analysis related to key metrics within the e-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in online marketplaces/platforms.Liaise & maintain good relationships with marketplaces to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.Work closely with different stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth business operation.Responsible on monthly/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation.Liaise with graphic designer by preparing creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.To provide customer support on the product inquiry, live chat and after sales services.Assist & Maintain overall Ecommerce Operation Readiness based on metrics shared & aligned.Role 3: E-Commerce Executive (D2C)1) D2C Management:Plan, conceptualize and execute commercial/marketing campaigns for D2C Mall.Maintain and update product listing, pricing, inventory, promotion mechanics to ensure seamless customer journey.Basic understanding in data & competitive analysis related to key metrics within the E-commerce landscape to increase business opportunities in D2C Mall.Work closely with different stakeholders (internal & external) to ensure smooth business operation and to understand market trends and advise on strategies to drive and achieve business objectives.Coordinate monthly media plans; manage campaign briefs, budgets, and ad previewsAbility to merge eCommerce implementation & branding strategies to identify opportunities for growth.Manage and troubleshoot website operations while driving continuous improvements to ensure optimal performance and a seamless customer experienceLiaise with graphic designer by preparing creative brief to conceptualize product contents, onsite banners and advertising creatives.Responsible on monthly/campaign reports, analysis reports and presentation.2) Ecommerce Operations:To provide customer support on the product inquiry, live chat and after sales servicesAssist & maintain overall Ecommerce Operation Readiness based on metrics shared & alignedMonitor inventory, perform stock transfers, and manage replenishment based on sales trendsAssist the team on Ecommerce marketplace campaign preparationSupport on other ad-hoc tasks.To be successful in this role, you would need to have:Bachelor Degree in Marketing / International Business/ Economics / Business related / Ecomm related or any relevant fieldAt least 1 - 2 years experiences and exposure in E-commerce, marketing or in the retail industry.Experience in E-commerce marketplaces or having exposure in luxury retail can be added advantage.Knowledge of the SAP system, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop can be a plus point.Strong organization skill and analytical skill.Self-motivated & proactive;
