E-commerce Executive

We deliver unique experiences to our clients and users, continuously expanding our digital ecosystem across various fields including UX/UI Design, Game, Web/Mobile Services, Branding, and Marketing.HIVELAB is now expanding into the K-beauty and cosmetics industry, with the goal of bringing Korean beauty, quality, and trends closer to Vietnamese consumers.Scope of Work:Plan and manage Shopee and TikTok Shop channels to achieve sales, growth, and brand performance targets.Develop, execute, and optimize sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches aligned with brand strategies.Collaborate with platform BD teams (Shopee, TikTok) to enhance visibility, join promotional and affiliate programs, and explore partnership opportunities.Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and ROI to identify improvement areas and propose both short- and long-term growth strategies.Manage customer feedback, complaints, and reviews to ensure an excellent shopping experience and improve customer satisfaction.Conduct market research and analyze competitor and consumer trends in the cosmetics / K-beauty industry to recommend product and sales strategy enhancements.Coordinate with marketing, warehouse, and accounting teams to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate reporting.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, with a strong understanding of Shopee and TikTok Shop platforms; experience in cross-border operations (Korea → Vietnam) is a plus.Background in the beauty industry, especially K-Beauty, is a strong advantage.Proficiency in data reporting and analysis tools such as Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is preferred.Good command of English; Korean language skills are an advantage.Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce and the beauty industry.BenefitsCompetitive salary package, negotiable based on interview performance and capabilities.Attractive benefits equivalent to 14 months’ salary per year, plus performance-based bonuses.Diverse allowances and bonuses: Lunar New Year bonus, 13th-month salary, lunch allowance, business trip allowance, motorbike parking support.Full salary-based insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, Unemployment Insurance) in compliance with local laws.Comprehensive MIC health insurance and annual health check-ups.Annual professional and soft skills training tailored to individual and team needs.Opportunities to participate in large-scale projects with clear career development paths and strong promotion opportunities.Annual overseas training and company trip programs for outstanding employees.Performance-based salary reviews twice a year.A young, dynamic, professional, and modern working environment.Working TimeMon ~ Fri (8:00 ~ 17:00)ContactMail: minhpn@hivelab.comNumber: +84 24 6269 1492Working location: 11F Taisei Square, 289 Khuat Duy Tien, Dai Mo, Hanoi
