At the heart of healthcare.About The RoleWe’re looking for an E-commerce IT Support Specialist to join our digital operations team and help deliver stable, high-performing B2B and B2C webshops across the Nordics. You’ll support systems that power our E-commerce platform — including prescription management, withdrawal processes, and other connected services. You’ll work closely with developers, QA engineers, and business teams to troubleshoot complex issues, test new functionality, and continuously improve performance.Key Responsibilities - What are you going to do?Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve incidents affecting E-commerce systems and integrations.Collaborate with developers and QA teams to identify root causes and implement permanent fixes.Participate in testing and validation of new or updated E-commerce functionality before release.Monitor key operational processes such as orders, payments, and prescription flows.Manage user access for E-commerce applications and maintain accurate system documentation.Support improvement initiatives and standardization of support processes across the cluster.Monitor system health and performance.Qualifications and Skills - What is your background?Experience in E-commerce support, application support, or technical operations.Understanding of web technologies (HTTP, APIs, browsers, integrations).Experience with ERP systems (preferably IFS) is considered an advantageFamiliarity with E-commerce platforms (Composable Commerce, SAP Commerce, or similar).Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and monitoring systems (Kibana, Grafana).Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a structured and proactive mindset.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent in English.What We Offer?Play a key role in maintaining business-critical E-commerce solutions that directly impact healthcare customers and patients.Work in a cross-functional team spanning E-commerce, IT, and business domains.Collaborate across Nordic and Baltic countries in a supportive, forward-looking environment.Office located in Kungsbacka with lunch options available.Flexible work options – up to two days of remote work per week.Apply directly on our careers page: CareersatMediq.comLocation: KungsbackaMediq is a leading European healthcare company with a 125-year legacy, operating in 14 countries with over 3,000 employees.
