Role Description: As part of a large program focused on migrating customers between two systems, the consultant will be responsible for leading key activities such as:Requirement Analysis and Definition – Analyse business needs, investigate technical possibilities, and define viable technical solutions in alignment with core program stakeholders. In collaboration with the business, the consultant will lead the definition of the overall migration plan.Testing and Validation – Participate in technical testing to ensure successful implementation.Transformation and Change Management – Lead communication and training initiatives and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).Essential Skills:Proven experience leading requirement analysis and definition activitiesStrong background in business needs analysis and technical solution designExperience defining migration plans in large transformation programmesHands-on experience participating in technical testingExperience leading communication, training, and UAT initiativesFamiliarity with PEGA If this is you, then please do not delay in applying!
