By joining us, you will work on the cutting edge of digital commerce in SEA, and experience what it takes to drive a successful ecommerce business end to end.The Role:The Operations Executive is responsible for the monitoring of order process flow from receiving of order from Seller center to Customer(s) doorstep. He/she will also need to provide insights on the day-to-day activities to ensure that operations will run smoothly.Your Responsibilities Will Include:Review current supply chain operations to document product, service, and information flow using project management toolsHandle returns and exchanges, which may involve processing customer returns or exchanges, updating inventory records, and restocking items as necessaryLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to conduct accurate and timely monthly stock reconciliation for assigned brands, ensuring alignment on inventory records, resolving discrepancies, and supporting smooth end-of-month reporting and settlement processes.Assist with shipping and receiving, which may include preparing orders for shipment, verifying that orders are complete and accurate, and processing incoming deliveriesAnalyze customer information and needs to improve customer relationships.Evaluate risk factors that impact efficiency.Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement project and prepare reports for all requests.Monitor lapses in delivery of logistics services to customers.Optimize use of allocated resources within business activities.Plan delivery of logistics services that meet customer requirements.Support development of sales proposals or tender documents.Who We Look For - The Ideal Profile:With at least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operationsKnowledgeable in Warehouse, ecommerce and logistics.Must be able to work as part of the team in a fast paced and pressured environmentIntermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel & Outlook.Strong organizational skills with an analytical mindStrong time management skills.
