E-commerce Logistics Specialist

Pay: CA$40,000.00-CA$55,000.00 per yearJob description:OverviewThe E-commerce Logistics Specialist will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, working closely with 3PL partners and warehouses, and ensuring timely, accurate order fulfillment. This role requires strong cross-functional communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with logistics systems or e-commerce platforms.Responsibilities1. Logistics & FulfillmentCoordinate and track international and domestic shipments (courier, ocean, air)Manage customs documentation, duties, and regulatory complianceCommunicate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to ensure timely deliveriesMonitor inbound and outbound shipments for delays or issues2. Warehouse & Inventory CoordinationCollaborate with warehouse teams to align on inventory levels and inbound schedulesMaintain accurate shipping and receiving recordsSupport product transfers and restocking between international locations3. E-commerce Operations SupportWork with the operations and customer service team to resolve order issuesEnsure smooth handoffs between e-commerce order processing and fulfillmentAssist in improving shipping SLAs, tracking visibility, and customer experience4.
