Louis Hotels, one of the biggest hotel groups in Cyprus and Greece, is seeking to recruit a qualified individual for the company’s offices :                                                                    E-Commerce Manager The roleLeads the e-commerce strategy and digital performance across the Group’s hotels, with primary responsibility for reporting, data analysis, and turning insights into action. Coordinates day-to-day matters between internal departments and external digital agencies.Main responsibilitiesBuilds, maintains, and closely monitors a unified performance dashboard (GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent) with KPIs per channel and funnel, by property or destination.Delivers weekly and monthly reports with clear conclusions, trends, forecasts, and recommended actions.Defines, or oversees the execution of, targets per channel (direct, OTA, metasearch, email, social, affiliates), tracks progress, and recommends optimizations.Manages the e-commerce roadmap (site merchandising, content, CRO, A/B tests, loyalty flows).Coordinates agencies for CPC/paid media, SEO, and CRM, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget discipline.Aligns and coordinates daily with Sales, Revenue, Reservations, and Marketing, translating business goals into the corresponding digital actions, offers, etc..Oversees content and offers across websites, channel managers, and OTAs. Monitors competition, rate parity, and metasearch visibility. Manages a small team of 1–2 people, provides coaching, sets priorities, and establishes SOPs.Requirements • 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce or digital performance within hospitality or a related sector. • Strong command of GA4, GTM, Looker Data Studio, Excel/Sheets, and working knowledge of attribution and forecasting. • Experience with PMS/CRS and channel managers (e.g., WebHotelier, PrimalRes) and solid understanding of the OTA ecosystem. • Proven ability to produce executive-level reporting and data-driven recommendations with clear next steps. • Experience coordinating agencies and cross-functional teams. • Excellent command of English and very good command of Greek. • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, prioritization, and ownership.Nice to Have: • Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing frameworks, and conversion copy principles. • Familiarity with SEO, metasearch, affiliate networks, and email automation/CRM. • Power BI or equivalent BI tools. • Basic understanding of rate strategy and close collaboration with Revenue Management.Indicative KPIs: • Direct booking share and cost of acquisition per channel. • Conversion rate, AOV, and revenue per visit. • Metasearch visibility and rate parity score. • OTA dependency index and cancellation rate. • Campaign ROI/ROAS against business goals. • SLA adherence for actions across agencies and internal teams.Reporting Line and Location • Reports to the Head of Digital & Commercial, with close collaboration with Sales and Revenue. • Based in Cyprus or, by exception, Athens, with occasional travel to Cyprus/Greece.What We Offer • A role of responsibility with clear impact on commercial results. • Access to best-in-class partners and tools. • Competitive package and strong growth prospects. All applications will be treated with strict confidentiality.
