You'll manage product listings, marketing campaigns, website performance, and data analytics to deliver outstanding customer experiences and meet ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced digital environment.Responsibilities Will Include...Website Trading & Revenue OptimisationLead the website trading rhythm - identifying, launching and optimising product offers, bundles, content themes and promotional campaignsRun monthly promotional calendar: identify ideas, launch tests, analyse results and scale winnersDevelop insight-driven hypotheses for site changes that can increase conversion rate, AOV or customer acquisitionCollaborate with design, agencies and growth teams to turn ideas into tests and deploymentsOwn the promotions calendar and execution - including ideation, testing, launch and performance tracking of discounts, bundles, offers and codesMaintain visibility on competitor promotions and pricing strategies and use insights to inform DTC tactics that remain commercially viable and brand-consistentSite Development & OwnershipDefine and evolve the DTC website's customer value proposition - identifying what drives purchase behaviour and loyalty, and translating this into compelling reasons to buy via site experience, offers, content and unique featuresLead the rollout of new product detail pages (PDPs), brand landing templates and key site updates — working with design and development to bring the vision to life, with a clear focus on performance upliftCollaborate with the design team to evolve the visual and UX language of the site over time — balancing brand equity with conversion performanceCustomer Insight & UXOwn and manage on-site analytics tools (e.g. GA4, heatmaps, surveys) to understand user behaviourGenerate qualitative and quantitative insights to improve user experience and drive repeat purchaseCollaborate with our CRO agency (and potentially bring in other UX / insight tools) to identify high-impact opportunitiesShape messaging and user journey based on value prop understanding - not just design or brand rulesCreative Testing & ExperimentsIdentify and execute "bigger bets" - from bundle builders and quizzes to product finders and gift-with-purchase offersPartner with external experts (e.g. developers, freelancers, UX researchers) to bring new ideas to life quickly and efficientlyBring a builder mindset - test small, iterate, and scale what worksCross-Functional CoordinationAct as the bridge between Growth, Design, SEO, Retention and Development to deliver initiatives with velocityFlag and unblock site or UX issues with IT/devWork with the Director of Ecommerce to build out a broader ecommerce roadmapRequirementsRequired:Extensive experience in ecommerce or digital trading roles (agency or brand side)Strong grasp of on-site UX principles and revenue levers (CRO, AOV, merchandising)Commercially driven, comfortable using data to guide prioritiesHands-on experience using Shopify and associated apps / integrationsComfortable briefing and managing designers and agenciesStrong project management skills - can get stuff done, not just suggest ideasNice to Have:Background in high-growth consumer DTC brands or digital marketplacesExperience working with CRO or performance UX tools (e.g. Hotjar, Clarity, ContentSquare)Familiarity with Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and CMS toolsA personal interest in consumer brands, health or wellness.
