E-Commerce Marketing Expert

Location: Islamabad Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000 per month + Performance Bonus Type: Full-time (On-site)Role ObjectiveTo plan, manage, and execute online marketing strategies that generate real sales for our UK-based beds and furniture e-commerce store. The ideal candidate understands Shopify / WooCommerce, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, and can create profitable campaigns targeting the UK market.Core ResponsibilitiesRun and optimise Facebook, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns for UK audiences.Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and creative updates on the store.Analyse traffic, conversions, and ROI through analytics tools.Coordinate with our design and video editing team to produce compelling creatives.Research UK furniture and home-décor trends to find profitable product niches.Plan sales funnels, retargeting campaigns, and upsells to increase conversions.Report weekly performance metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, cost-per-sale, etc.).Requirements2 – 4 years proven experience in E-commerce Marketing / Performance Marketing.Strong command of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.Experience with UK / European e-commerce markets preferred.Basic understanding of Shopify, analytics, and ad tracking pixels.Strong communication and reporting skills.Compensation & IncentivesBase Salary: PKR 50,000 – 70,000/month (depending on experience)Performance Bonus: 5 – 10% of monthly net profit increase generated by ads.Opportunity to grow into E-commerce Marketing Lead role after 6 months of consistent results.Why Join UsWork on a UK-based, high-value furniture brand with global exposure.Learn directly from international marketing professionals.Transparent growth path and bonus system based purely on results.
