Job PurposeWe are a premium skincare brand committed to exceptional quality and innovation. The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for elevating our digital retail presence — optimizing our established Amazon.com account, orchestrating a seamless launch on Amazon.ca, and guiding strategic entry into new online marketplaces. This position combines operational expertise with a deep appreciation for beauty and skincare consumers, ensuring our brand standards are reflected at every digital touchpoint.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace LeadershipOversee and optimize day-to-day operations of our Amazon.com storefront to ensure a luxury brand experience across product detail pages, pricing, and fulfillment.Collaborate on a tailored strategy and execute the launch of Amazon.caIdentify, evaluate, and develop new marketplace opportunities (e.g., Walmart Marketplace, Target+, international Amazon platforms) aligned with our premium positioning.Brand-Aligned Product Content & OptimizationCraft and refine product listings with an emphasis on compelling, benefits-driven copy and high-quality imagery.Ensure all content adheres to our brand voice and meets platform SEO requirements to maximize visibility and conversion.Implement and maintain enhanced brand content (A+ Content) to communicate product efficacy and brand heritage.Advertising & PromotionsDevelop and manage advertising campaigns (Amazon PPC, coupons, promotions) that drive awareness and trial while maintaining brand integrity.Analyze campaign data to continually improve ROI and conversion rates.Inventory & Fulfillment ExcellenceCollaborate with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure optimal inventory health, preventing out-of-stocks and overstock.Manage FBA shipments and coordinate logistics to uphold reliable delivery standards expected by premium customers.Insights & ReportingMonitor and report on key performance indicators including sales growth, traffic, conversion, inventory health, and advertising performance.Deliver actionable insights to inform senior leadership decisions and future marketplace strategies.Compliance & Reputation ManagementMaintain compliance with Amazon policies and regulatory standards.Monitor reviews, questions, and feedback to protect and enhance our reputation for excellence in skincare.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts; experience launching Amazon.ca a plus.Demonstrated success in product listing optimization, PPC campaign management, and FBA logistics.Proficiency in analytics tools and Excel/Google Sheets; comfort with data-driven decision-making.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple launches simultaneously.Experience with additional marketplaces (Walmart, eBay, Target+, etc.) is highly valued.Knowledge of the skincare, beauty, or wellness industry is a strong asset.Key Skills & AttributesData-driven yet creative, balancing analytical rigor with brand storytelling.Strong written and visual communication skills to maintain a consistent, aspirational brand voice.Detail-oriented and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced, digitally-focused environment.
