E-commerce Media Buyer

GlobalSync-Services is hiring on behalf of one of its clients.We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Media Buyer with strong experience in the real estate sector. The role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive qualified leads, increase brand visibility, and maximize ROI.The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing real estate advertising budgets, understands the sales funnel, and knows how to generate high-quality leads through multiple digital platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok.Develop data-driven strategies tailored for real estate projects.Set up tracking pixels, conversion events, and manage CRM integrations for accurate lead tracking.Monitor and analyze campaign performance daily (CPL, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, lead quality).Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.Adjust campaigns in real time to achieve KPIs.Collaborate with creative/content teams to develop effective ad copies and visuals.Deliver detailed performance reports with actionable insights.Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and competitor activity in real estate.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.2–4 years of experience in digital media buying, with at least 1–2 years in real estate.Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.Hands-on experience running real estate lead generation campaigns.Solid understanding of buyer journeys, customer segmentation, and real estate funnels.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting/analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, Data Studio, etc.).Google Ads / Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
