E-commerce Operations Analyst

Operations Analyst, E-commerce We're looking for a self motivated Operations Analyst to join our e-commerce team. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founders and make a significant impact on the management of five direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. If you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and are ready to take ownership of critical operational functions, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Your key responsibilities will include:Strategy: Working closely with the founders to manage and execute operational strategies for five distinct DTC brands.Inventory Management: Managing inventory, including relationships with third-party logistics providers, to ensure fulfillment at different distribution channels.Customer Experience: Overseeing and managing our customer support channels and processes to ensure high satisfaction.Manufacturing: participating in the generation of annual manufacturing plans and managing relationships with our contract manufacturers.Reporting: Creating and presenting weekly and monthly operating reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).Marketing Supervision: monitoring the performance of paid marketing campaigns, ensuring operational alignment with marketing goals.What We Look For (Qualifications)Experience: 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce and DTC operations, with experience in platforms like Amazon, Shopify and WalMart.Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with data, create reports, and derive actionable insights.Drive & Ethics: a self-motivated individual who is highly ethical, reliable, and takes full ownership of their work.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.What We OfferImpact: An entrepreneurial environment where your work directly translates to the company's success and you have a genuine opportunity to learn and make an impact.Competitive compensation, flexible working environment. This is a full-time remote position for someone based in the Washington DC metro area.If you're ready to jump in and help build something great, apply today!
