Whether it’s getting a ride, ordering a meal, or paying bills, the app helps users do it all from their phones, while also supporting local drivers, merchants, and businesses.Workplace: CMC Creative Space, District 7, HCMCWork schedule: Mon to Fri | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PMSalary: Up to 13,600,000 GrossContract: 12 months – Renewable can be confirmedResponsibilities:Drive the development and execution of marketing and communication initiatives, with a focus on enhancing in-app user experience.Manage and maintain marketing assets across in-app and foundational platforms, ensuring accurate setup and continuous performance tracking.Provide customer support as needed, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to maintain service quality.Generate and oversee operational documentation such as purchase orders, vendor transaction reports, invoices, and inventory audits.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Warehouse) to ensure smooth end-to-end product lifecycle management—from launch to post-sale support.Partner with the Marketing team to craft compelling product content and visuals, while analyzing customer engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.Contribute to operational improvement projects, including automation efforts aimed at streamlining workflows and reducing manual tasks.Handle general administrative duties and support the Operations Manager in day-to-day team coordination.Requirements:1 to 2 years of experience in fintech, e-commerce, lending operations, marketing operations, or other related industries.Strong Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, macros,...Solid understanding of operational workflows, SOPs, and risk management in product lifecycle and post-sale processes.Familiarity with key operational metrics such as NPS, operational risks, and campaign performance indicators.Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and meticulousness in repetitive tasks.Agile and proactive in identifying and solving operational inefficiencies; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to collaborate effectively across departments.Good English communication.Benefits:Salary: Up to 13,600,000 GrossMonthly flexible voucher (300,000 VND)Full SHUI insurance + annual health check12 annual leave daysLaptop providedWork in an innovative & inclusive culture
