E-Commerce Operator

Position:E-Commerce OperatorJob Responsibilities:1.Manage daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces and company website.2. Ensure product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and updated.3. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.4. Monitor stock levels, track inventory movement, and prevent out-of-stock situations.5. Handle return, refund, and replacement processes smoothly.6. Work with marketing and category teams to execute online campaigns and promotions.7. Generate daily/weekly sales and performance reports for management review.8. Ensure compliance with platform policies and company operational standards.9. Collaborate with customer service teams to resolve operational and order-related issues.10.Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Requirements:1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.2. 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or order fulfillment.3. Strong understanding of online retail platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Shopify, or similar).4. Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis.5. Familiarity with product listing, pricing, inventory management, and logistics workflows.6. Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal teams and external partners.7. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.8. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.9. Knowledge of ERP systems or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.10.Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics and customer experience management.
