E-Commerce & Product Coordinator

We’re passionate about design and creating aseamless online experience for our clients.We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce & Product Coordinatorto join our Digital team.In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our Shopify website - coordinating content,functionality and product presentation to deliver the ultimate digital experience. You’llalso coordinate the creation and launch of new products from photography andspecifications through to live publication.What You’ll DoE-Commerce (Shopify)• Maintain and optimise the Shopify storefront: ensuring all content, collections, and navigation are accurate, functional and visually engaging.• Implement updates and integrations that enhance usability and conversion.• Audit site content regularly to fix errors and apply best-practice merchandising.• Collaborate on digital campaigns and promotions, ensuring consistent executionacross channels.Product Coordination• Develop and manage detailed product data - model names / SKU's, specifications, pricing and descriptions.• Source and upload images, dimensions and supporting materials.• Coordinate new product launches and seasonal collections.• Work closely with suppliers, designers and the content team to ensureconsistency and accuracy.About You• 1–3 years’ experience in e-commerce or digital coordination, ideally with Shopify.• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills.• Accountability and pride in your work.• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini to streamline workflow.• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.• Bonus: Familiarity with NetSuite, Canva, Adobe, or Klaviyo.• A genuine interest in interiors, design and elevating online experiences.Why VorsenYou’ll join a collaborative team that values initiative, precision and creativity.
