You're not just managing campaigns - you're building the engine that scales a mission-driven brand.Your Mission:Drive revenue growth across D2C and B2B channels while launching breakthrough natural products that really workExecute major product launches and build community-driven feedback loopsScale subscription revenue and retail partnerships with major Australian retailersTurn our passionate customer base into a growth engine for new product developmentRESPONSIBILITIES:Support major product launches - manage the launch of our breakthrough natural products, from soft-launch community testing to full-scale marketing campaignsDrive B2B/wholesale growth - support retail partnerships with Woolworths, GoVita, and other major retailers with data, proof points, and co-marketingWork with expert agencies to execute - manage relationships with creative, media, and specialist agencies to deliver campaignsOptimize the entire funnel - from first click through subscription renewal and retail partnership supportManage supply chain coordination - work with fulfillment team to prevent stockouts on hero SKUs and support demand forecastingExecute feedback-driven development - use community insights and customer data to inform product improvements and new launchesCoordinate multi-channel campaigns - align D2C, retail, and community strategies for maximum impactRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS:4+ years in e-commerce or project management - ideally with consumer goods, CPG launches, or natural productsProduct launch expertise - you've managed major product releases from testing to full-scale marketingShopify + subscription experience - you've built recurring revenue systems and optimized for retentionMulti-channel coordination - balanced D2C growth with retail partnerships and community engagementSupply chain awareness - experience preventing stockouts and coordinating with fulfillment teamsCommunity building - you've used customer communities for product development and UGC generationStrong written English - for retail presentations, community management, and stakeholder communicationBonus: Experience with CPG retail partnerships, subscription businesses, or natural products brandsExtra bonus: You've launched products through both D2C and retail channels simultaneouslyBenefitsCompetitive base salary + performance bonuses tied to revenue growthCareer path into Head of Digital or Chief Marketing OfficerFull product access - use what you're selling (and love it)
