We are seeking a results-driven Assistant General Manager to oversee daily operations, sales, marketing, and strategic initiatives. This role ensures operational excellence, drives revenue growth, and fosters strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and business partners.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations, including showroom upkeep, purchasing, logistics, and project management audits.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to ensure timely reporting, client satisfaction, and execution of marketing activities.Oversee budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.Develop and implement strategies for business growth and operational efficiency, integrating technology and systems.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and improve processes.Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to support long-term business objectives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Business Administration, or Operations Management.Background in cabinets, wardrobes, and kitchen systems.Proven managerial experience with strong decision-making and leadership skills.Excellent communication, collaboration, and operational management abilities.
