Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all financial operations, reporting, compliance, and team management for our subsidiary. This role is a critical link between the local business and Group HQ finance, ensuring local financial health, compliance, and providing strong support for business decisions. Key Responsibilities:  1. Financial Operations & Management l Oversee all aspects of day-to-day finance operations, including GL, AP, AR, expense accounting, tax, payroll, and cash management.l Ensure the timeliness and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.l Manage local tax filings and payments (e.g., Corporate Income Tax, VAT/Sales Tax, WHT) to ensure tax compliance.l Maintain and optimize financial systems (e.g., Oracle) for effective operation.l Manage subsidiary cash flow to meet operational funding requirements. 2. Financial Reporting & Control l Prepare and submit statutory financial statements in accordance with local Southeast Asian GAAP and regulatory requirements.l Prepare timely and accurate management reports and analysis per HQ guidelines for the Country Finance Manager and Group Finance.l Establish, maintain, and continuously improve the internal control framework to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits.l Lead the annual budgeting, rolling forecast processes, and monitor performance against budget with variance analysis.l Conduct in-depth financial analysis (profitability, cash flow, KPIs) to identify business risks and opportunities. 3. Compliance, Risk & Business Support l Ensure all financial activities strictly comply with local laws and regulations.l Identify, assess, and manage financial risks (e.g., foreign exchange, credit, liquidity, compliance).l Maintain strong relationships with local tax authorities, auditors, banks, and other regulatory bodies.l Participate in commercial negotiations, provide financial models and risk assessment.l Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization. Qualifications & Requirements: 1. Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience in a finance management role. 2. Strong comprehensive financial skills in reporting, budgeting, internal controls, and analysis.3. In-depth knowledge of local accounting standards and tax laws; familiarity with IFRS is a plus.4. Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and MS Office.5. Proficiency in English as a working language.6. Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.7. High integrity, responsible, able to work under pressure, proactive, and detail-oriented.8. Professional certifications such as Philippine Certified Public Accountant (CPA), CMA, CIA, or others are highly preferred.Office Location: St, Binondo, State center,Manila, 1002 Metro Manila
