E-Commerce Specialist

The OpportunityOur client is a premium Australian menswear brand known for its craftsmanship, elegant tailoring, and strong sustainability credentials. They utilize ethical natural fibres and has a nationwide presence across physical stores and digital channels.They are now seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to join their growing team. In this role, you’ll play an integral part in enhancing the online shopping experience by supporting digital operations, ensuring product accuracy across platforms, and collaborating with key teams to deliver seamless customer journeys. You will be required to report fully onsite during the first 3 - 6 months and will transition to a hybrid set up of 4x onsite and once a week WFH. The shift follows a 6:00AM - 3:00PM Manila time to align with Australian business hours.Key Responsibilities Enrich and manage product content, descriptions, and promotions across websites and marketplaces. Upload and maintain digital assets, campaign content, landing pages, and banners in Shopify and Cloudinary. Monitor website performance daily and optimize SEO metadata using AI tools. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics partners to oversee order fulfillment, shipments, and packaging. Collaborate with Customer Service to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues. Manage pre-orders, stock tracking, and product recommendations to enhance online presence. Prepare and deliver regular performance reports for marketplaces and customer service metrics. Skills, Experience & Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or related field. At least 3 years' proven experience in an eCommerce or digital coordination role. Proven experience using Shopify Plus and familiarity with online marketplaces. Proficiency in MS Office suite; adept in using AI tools is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, energetic, and action-oriented approach.
