As we expand globally, we aim to enhance our digital presence and build world-class online experiences that connect our brands with international markets.About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and strategic E-Commerce Supervisor to oversee and manage global e-commerce operations. This role is central to achieving sales growth, improving customer experience across regions, and building strong relationships with international partners to ensure operational excellence in global markets.Key Responsibilities:International Operations Management• Supervise and manage daily operations of international e-commerce platforms across multiple markets.• Ensure compliance with local market regulations, payment methods, and logistics requirements.• Develop and implement tailored pricing, shipping, and fulfillment strategies for each target market.Customer Experience Enhancement• Ensure seamless user experience adapted to different cultures and languages.• Analyze customer behavior and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and increase conversion rates.Digital Marketing & SEO• Execute global digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.• Collaborate with local influencers and marketing partners to enhance brand visibility and reach in key markets.International Partnerships & Business Development• Build and maintain partnerships with logistics providers, payment gateways, and regional distributors.• Coordinate business collaborations with major e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Alibaba, and Noon Global.Performance Tracking & Reporting• Monitor store performance and market trends using digital analytics tools.• Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations to drive global growth.Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with at least 2 years in international operations.• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.• Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Why Join Reef Holding?At Reef Holding, we are expanding our digital ecosystem beyond borders.
