Job Description:Manage the day-to-day office tasks of the Managing DirectorMaintain accurate calendars with an understanding of prioritizing important deliverablesParticipate in highly confidential meetings and provide accurate records, transcribe and distribute minutes of meeting.Draft high-level presentations, communications and documents using Word, Excel and PowerPointCollaborate with other team members to organize various corporate events. Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.Act as a liaison for the Managing Director for internal and external inquiriesHelp to improve efficiency of current duties of sales back office, lean management.Conduct research, collect, and analyze data to prepare reports and documents for Managing DirectorPrepare monthly expense reports for Managing DirectorMonitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communicationsInterdependencies/InterfacesHighly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skillsAn energetic personality with can do attitudeExtraordinary ability to multitask, organizational planning skillsHighly accountable with excellent professional work ethics & high-level integrityPreferred a self-initiative and adaptability personalityCompetencies and ExperiencesMinimum 5-8 years in administrative/executive support roles with increasing responsibilitiesA Bachelor’s degree or Master with major in Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources Management would be an advantageStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a very high level of accuracy with particular attention to deadlinesExcellent writing, proof reading and editing skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and informationHigh english communication skills, judgment and decision-making abilityProficiency in MS Office Suite and Outlook (especially Excel analysis, Word and Power point)A matured dynamic personality, who is ready to take up new challenges.
