Your responsibility : Provide administrative and organizational support;Assisting in the preparation of quotations;Communication with international clients and suppliers;Working with existing customer databases and updating them;Manage and organize office procedures, fi les, records and send emails;Preparing documents (invoices, reports, offers);Daily problem-solving and proactive support to the manager;Arranging courier shipments;Monitoring official tenders and identifying potential opportunities. What we expect from you:
Graduated from relevant departments of the university;Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role is highly desirable;Computer skills (MS Office), preferably advanced knowledge in using Excel;Optimistic, proactive and open to self improvement;Excellent organizational and time management skills;Proficiency in English and Latvian is mandatory;Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity;Strong analytical and reporting skills;Skills in organizing and coordinating collaboration between the company and clients, as well as monitoring task deadlines;Mathematical thinking, ability to analyze data and draw logical conclusions. What we offer: Salary started from 2000€ gross.
