Ready to get started?Join Sanofi’s talent team and you can play a vital role in the performance of our entire business while helping to make an impact on millions around the world.Main ResponsibilitiesMeticulously track the progress of early career talent throughout their programs (e.g., internships, apprenticeships), monitoring performance metrics, rotation completions, and key milestones.Track early career performance data, including performance reviews, feedback, and other relevant metrics.Serve as a point of contact for early career participants, providing guidance, answering questions, and escalating issues to program managers as needed.Maintain regular communication with participants, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their program journey.Utilize data analysis and continuous improvement methodologies to identify program trends, assess program effectiveness, and recommend enhancements to optimize the participant experience and program outcomes.Provide administrative and logistical support for early career programs, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, preparing materials, and managing program documentation.Relay insights to talent management teams to identify high-potential individuals and potential areas for program improvement.Coordinate with early career program stakeholders to facilitate smooth transitions between rotations, ensuring alignment with program objectives and individual development goals.About YouYou are a highly motivated individual and passionate about contributing to the development of Sanofi's early career talent pipeline and fostering a culture of growth and opportunity.
