About The RoleCurious Kids is expanding, we’re excited to welcome two enthusiastic and dedicated team members — a qualified Early Childhood Educator and a Trainee Educator to our exceeding service in Flinders, NSW.As a full-time Educator, you’ll play a key role in shaping young minds, supporting each child’s growth and development, and contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment.As a Trainee Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the early childhood sector while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You’ll be mentored by experienced educators who will support your learning every step of the way.At Curious Kids, we are committed to providing high-quality early education within a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children are encouraged to explore, discover, and thrive.If you’re passionate about early learning and eager to be part of a values-driven, professional, and caring team, we want to hear from youWhat You'll Be DoingAssisting experienced educators in the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs for children aged 2-5 yearsParticipating in daily routines and activities, such as supervising play, role modelling, and ensuring the health and safety of all childrenProviding emotional support and guidance to children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive developmentChild safe service, with a dedicated commitment to Child safe standards, ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your careBuilding strong, respectful relationships with children and their familiesTrainee - Attending paid training and professional development opportunities to continually enhance your skills and knowledgeWhat We're Looking ForEducator RoleWe’re flexible on qualifications, whether you hold an ECT, Diploma, or Certificate III, we’d love to hear from you.
