Our partner schools offer small class sizes, outstanding facilities, and a genuine commitment to staff wellbeing and professional growth.As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences for children typically aged 3–6 years, building warm and trusting relationships with both children and families, creating a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment, contributing to ongoing assessment, observation, and documentation of children's progress, and collaborating with fellow educators, specialists, and school leadership to uphold the highest standards of early years practice.What We Are Looking ForEssential:Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent degree-level qualification in Early Years / ECCEMinimum 2 years of classroom experience working with children aged 3–6Strong understanding of early childhood development frameworks and play-based learningA warm, patient, and child-centred approach to teachingExcellent communication skills and a collaborative professional outlookHighly Desirable:Documents attested for the Middle East (degree, transcripts, DBS/police clearance) — candidates with attested documents will be prioritisedCurrent or recent experience working in the GCC or wider Middle East regionFamiliarity with the EYFS, IB-PYP, or US/UK early years curriculaExperience working in multicultural, multilingual classroom settingsThe PackageWe offer a highly competitive, tax-free remuneration package designed to let you save, explore, and thrive.
