You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Los Angeles, CADetails:In-Person Tutoring in Los Angeles, CASchedule: 10 hours, 2 days a week, 1.25 hour sessionsPay range is between $25 and $35Ideal Candidate:Experienced in early childhood education, special education, or related fields. Skilled in teaching foundational literacy, math, and SEL to preschool or early elementary students. Patient, creative, and able to balance high-energy engagement with calm structure. Knowledgeable in strategies for supporting children with Autism and ADHD. Passionate about fostering confidence, curiosity, and readiness for kindergarten. Preferred: Degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Special Education, or a related areaKey Responsibilities:Provide instruction in foundational literacy and math to prepare for kindergarten readiness. Reinforce letter recognition, number sense, shapes, colors, and basic math concepts through engaging, multisensory lessons. Incorporate social-emotional learning (SEL) strategies to support focus, frustration tolerance, and emotional regulation. Use structured routines, timers, and consistent transitions to sustain attention and engagement. Apply positive reinforcement, redirection strategies, and visual supports to manage frustration and behavior. Integrate the student's interests—such as dancing, music, trampoline activities, and outdoor play—into lessons to make learning fun and motivating.
