You’ll play a critical role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist to help deliver an unparalleled client experience. In the Branch Network at Schwab, you have both a clear growth path as well as endless opportunities to challenge yourself and deepen your expertise. Although licensing isn’t required for the role, Schwab will support you to become licensed in the Series 7 and 63/66 if that is in line with your career goals. Essential skills include:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experienceA valid and active Series 7 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment) A valid and active Series 63 license is required (may be obtained under a condition of employment) Notary preferredMinimum 12 months in a client service industry Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accountsDemonstrated experience handling client concerns and issues with tact and diplomacyOutstanding written and oral communication skillsAbility to work independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneouslyAbility to manage multiple client situations, needs and inquiries simultaneouslyNeed be able to build and maintain good cross enterprise working relationshipsWhat’s in it for youAt Schwab, you’re empowered to shape your future.
