We are now expanding our presence in Norway and seeking a commercially driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to help grow our market share and strengthen our footprint. As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and leading our sales efforts across Norway.

You’ll work closely with local and Nordic teams to offer tailored, value-driven solutions to our clients. What you'll do: Manage sales across all Norwegian sectors: academic institutions, public administration, businesses, and healthcareDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targetsBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationships with a solution-focused approachIdentify new business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to craft tailored offeringsAdapt sales strategy based on evolving market needs and customer insightsDeliver regular reports and analyses to guide regional performance and improvementsCollaborate closely with the Account Executive for NorwayAbout you:

A minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experienceExperience selling tech solutions or subscription-based services (industry knowledge is a plus; full training provided)Strong analytical skills and ability to develop impactful sales strategiesExcellent communication skills in Norwegian and English, both written and spokenConfidence in presentations and negotiationsStructured, proactive, and comfortable working independentlyWillingness to travel both within Norway and internationallyExperience working in team-based and matrix environmentsWhy Join Us:
