Our team consists of passionate professionals driven by a shared vision of creating a greener and more sustainable future through innovation, technology, and excellence.Responsible for designing and developing Powertrain Module (including Accelerator Pedal, Electric Drive System, Driveline, Thermal Management System, Control System - VCU calibration) Shape the development strategy (roadmap, architecture, design) to meet Vehicle program requirements (Timing, Price, Cost, Features, Performance, Efficiency…). Carry out market research, competitive benchmark and technology intelligence to define and propose competitive and optimal solutions to Vehicle program Plan and coordinate development activities from system, sub-system to component-level, in collaboration with ESP and VF Engineering teams. Manage and approve technical deliverables (SOR,SPB,DFMEA,DVP, Test reports), drawings, BOM releases and Engineering change/Deviation request. Drive integration, verification, validation activities. Lead relevant working group to resolve issues encountered. Monitor development progress, review status, quality and assess risks at each project milestones Control budget : BOM, investment & engineering costs. Be first point of contact of Powertrain Module to provide technical expertise, guidance, sign-off to cross-functional teams Follow and comply with company’s standards, processes consistently across development stages. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Solid expertise in Powertrain systems, including: Electric Drive Systems, Driveline, Thermal Systems High Voltage Components & Batteries (for ICE, PHEV, BEV, REEV) Calibration and system integration knowledge Hands-on experience in electrical and electronic system design, including: Understanding of embedded systems and real-time software development Familiarity with common communication protocols such as UART, CAN, LIN, I2C, SPI... Experience in hardware-software integration and debugging Proficiency in Powertrain engineering tools and software, as well as vehicle-level testing and validation. Demonstrated ability to operate in matrixed organizations and cross-functional, multi-national teams. Strong project management capabilities: Experience in authoring timing plans, tracking deliverables, and managing program status Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and quick to learn, with a positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills. Proven resilience under pressure and a data-driven approach to solving complex technical and organizational challenges.
