You are equal parts builder and optimiser; you love refining paid ads OR Klaviyo campaigns just as much as launching a new Shopify build, and you are driven to turn insights into tangible revenue wins.You will take the lead on building, managing, and optimising our ecommerce websites for performance, best-in-class UX, and strong commercial results. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will work closely with a tight, supportive team to drive traffic, engagement, and sales across AU and US.About Sylvia P GroupSylvia P Group is a family of gymnastics and activewear brands with grass-roots origins and global ambitions, built over more than 30 years of serving a loyal community.
