This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments, is deeply familiar with the mechanics of e-commerce growth, and understands what it takes to build a premium brand experience online. From optimizing conversion funnels to coordinating SEO/PPC specialists, the ideal candidate will drive revenue, improve processes, and keep our digital storefront aligned with our brand’s performance-driven identity.This is a Full-Time remote position.We are looking for an Ecommerce Brand Manager specifically with these requirements:Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.Proven experience managing and growing Shopify-based DTC e-commerce operations end-to-end.Strong knowledge of Shopify site structure, product listings, content updates, and conversion optimization.Hands-on experience with GA4, Search Console, Klaviyo (or similar tools) for performance tracking and optimization.Deep understanding of SEO and/or PPC, either as a practitioner or with reliable freelancer contacts.Experience writing and optimizing persuasive, accurate product listings, landing pages, and ad copy.Skilled at developing and executing CRO initiatives including A/B testing, page speed improvements, and checkout optimization.Proven ability to manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including coordinating with 3PL partners, ensuring listing accuracy, and maintaining stock status.Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to document workflows and create repeatable SOPs.Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy, presentation, and brand consistency.Bonus if you have freelance contacts familiar with Amazon listings, SEO, or advertising, although this is not an Amazon-focused role.Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):Oversee and grow Shopify DTC revenue using SEO, PPC, CRO, and content-driven strategies.Manage all site updates, promotions, and new product launches to ensure accuracy and optimization.Coordinate and manage external freelancers to support SEO, PPC, or Amazon-related initiatives when needed.Continuously analyze and improve page performance and conversion funnels across the site.Track, analyze, and report on key metrics including traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales performance.Develop and maintain SOPs for marketing campaigns, website management, and recurring tasks.Work cross-functionally with 3PL fulfillment partners, creative collaborators, and analytics specialists.Ensure all content and messaging on the site reflects our premium brand identity and UX standards.Growth Opportunities/Perks:Work directly with executive leadership who have a proven track record, including a prior 9-figure exit.Potential to grow into a senior leadership role as revenue scales, with the opportunity to build and lead an internal or hybrid growth team.Paid training and certifications available in platforms such as Shopify, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and PPC tools.2 weeks of paid time off annually, in addition to standard holidays.Health insurance stipend and equipment allowance provided.Access to advanced marketing tools and continuous professional development resources.Flexible work schedule.Performance-based bonus opportunities as the company continues to grow.This Position Is Perfect For You If…You think like an owner.You’re proactive, accountable, and execution-driven, focused on outcomes, not just activity.You’re hands-on and data-savvy.You’ve done the work yourself, not just managed others, and you use testing and analytics to guide every decision.You’re process-oriented and organized.You thrive in fast-paced environments, build repeatable systems, and keep projects on track without missing the details.Our hiring process is made up of four parts, so please be aware that you will need to dedicate time for a questionnaire, a video, and two 1-on-1 interviews.Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
