We help brands scale profitably through world-class paid media strategy, data-driven creative, and relentless conversion optimization.We’re building one of the fastest, most technically proficient landing page and CRO departments in the performance marketing space — designed to ship fast, test constantly, and deliver measurable lifts in conversion efficiency while staying airtight on ad policy, compliance, and accessibility.If you live at the intersection of performance UX, analytics, and growth, this is your chance to build a world-class organization from the ground up.The MissionYour mission is to increase profitable scale for paid traffic by building and leading a Landing Page & CRO department that ships and iterates high-converting experiences — including advertorials, listicles, and PDP enhancements — with speed, precision, and compliance.You’ll define the vision, processes, and standards for how landing pages are created, tested, and optimized across 50–100+ e-commerce clients. You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Media leadership to lift Quality Score, reduce CPAs, and compound client growth.What You’ll OwnLeadership & Org Design: Build and lead a multi-pod “Conversion Ops” team (CRO leads, designers, copywriters, and developers). Define standards, capacity, and SLAs for 100+ monthly LP launches.Testing & Optimization: Architect and enforce an experimentation framework — statistical rigor, sample sizing, win-rate tracking, and learning systems.Policy & Compliance: Ensure every page passes FTC native-ad disclosure, Google Ads destination requirements, and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.Analytics & Measurement: Own Enhanced Conversions, UTM schema, and offline conversion imports; maintain full visibility across GA4, GTM, and Looker dashboards.Performance & Quality: Enforce Core Web Vitals budgets (LCP, INP, CLS) and ensure all launches meet ad relevance and user-experience thresholds.Tooling & Infrastructure: Evaluate and implement the right stack — from Instapage/Webflow for fast iteration to Builder.io/Next.js for scale.Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Paid Media, Client Services, and Creative to map ad-to-LP message alignment, campaign tracking, and iteration cycles.Compliance & Risk Management: Maintain >98% compliance pass rate across FTC, accessibility, and Google Ads policies.What Success Looks Like in 90 DaysTwo Conversion Pods producing 50+ monthly launches (advertorials, listicles, PDPs).Clear, measurable lift in Quality Score components and conversion rates.98%+ pass rate on policy and accessibility checks.Launch of Design System v1 (Figma + builder components) and department SOPs.Monthly “Experiment Review” published with learnings and velocity metrics.Ideal Candidate Profile7–10+ years leading CRO or landing page teams at a performance agency or high-volume DTC brand.Deep experience in Google Ads, GA4/GTM, Enhanced Conversions, and offline conversion imports.Proven ability to build and scale teams (CRO, design, dev, analytics).Mastery of UX heuristics, ad-to-landing-page alignment, and testing discipline (A/B, MDE, statistical significance).Fluent in FTC disclosure, Google Ads policy, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and Core Web Vitals.Exceptional project management and prioritization — balancing speed, experimentation rigor, and compliance.Strong stakeholder management and leadership presence.Why Join VystaBuild a landing page and CRO engine from scratch inside a high-velocity performance agency.Work directly with leadership overseeing $100M+ in ad spend.Have real influence over strategy, standards, and team design.Be part of a culture that values speed, precision, and clarity.Competitive compensation, leadership track, and long-term growth opportunity as the department scales.
