The ideal candidate will drive traffic, conversions, and brand engagement through innovative digital strategies and a strong understanding of online consumer behaviour.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce ManagementManage day-to-day operations across online sales platforms (e.g., Shopify, Woo-Commerce, Amazon, company website).Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are optimized for conversions.Digital Marketing StrategyDevelop and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email marketing, and online advertising.Increase traffic, sales, and overall brand visibility.Social Media DevelopmentCreate and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and other channels.Drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.Content ManagementWork with creative teams to develop high-quality digital content, including visuals, promotional assets, and social media posts aligned with brand guidelines.Performance AnalyticsMonitor KPIs such as conversion rates, ROI, CAC, and engagement metrics.Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards to provide strategic insights.Customer Experience OptimizationImprove website usability, personalization, and retention strategies to enhance the online customer journey.Partnership & Influencer ManagementIdentify, manage, and collaborate with influencers, affiliates, and digital partners to strengthen brand reach and credibility.Budget ManagementDevelop and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, and social media strategy.Strong understanding of online advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, CRM systems).Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative mindset with strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing best practices.
