They're seeking an Ecommerce Manager who can contribute to building and optimizing the e-commerce platform to achieve significant online revenue growth.Responsibilities:E-commerce Platform Strategy & Optimization:Lead end-to-end optimization of the e-commerce platform to maximize conversion rates, focusing on UX/UI, mobile experience, and checkout/subscription flows.Ensure seamless, high-performance mobile experiences with fast page loads, intuitive navigation, and frictionless purchase paths.Optimize subscription models to drive revenue growth and increase customer lifetime value.Online Personalization & Conversion Architecture:Deploy AI-driven personalization across the site, email, and product bundles to deliver real-time, tailored recommendations.Optimize product pages to clearly communicate benefits.Digital Sales Acquisition & Retention:Manage and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across platforms, maintaining cost-effective customer acquisition.Expand online sales channels, including marketplaces and social commerce, to increase reach and revenue.Develop loyalty programs and email automation strategies to enhance retention, repeat purchases, and CLV.E-commerce Technology & Analytics Leadership:Ensure platform reliability and oversee integrations.Implement analytics and business intelligence to track key metrics and guide optimization strategies.Explore emerging technologies, including IoT, AI-driven recommendations, and smart search, to innovate the online shopping experience.Requirements:Proven experience driving growth and conversion in digital commerce.Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.Fluency in English and Bulgarian.Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms.Experience with e-commerce marketing and CRM tools.Proficiency with analytics and BI tools for A/B testing, cohort analysis, and customer insights.Experience leveraging AI/ML for personalization, predictive analytics, or autonomous content generation.Familiarity with programming for e-commerce purposes (Python, SQL, JavaScript).Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation initiatives and implement innovative online technologies.Strong UX/UI understanding, focused on creating seamless, engaging online experiences.Experience managing and scaling high-performing remote teams.Proven track record of optimizing digital funnels and solving complex technical challenges.Preferred: Experience scaling D2C e-commerce brands, leading website re-platforming projects, and managing substantial digital marketing budgets.Benefits:Impact & Purpose: A unique opportunity to build something from the ground up and shape a new category in wellness and beauty tech.Direct Collaboration with Founders : Work closely with visionary leaders driving the reimagination of ancient science for the digital age.Global Exposure: Play a pivotal role in expanding across multiple international markets and building global partnerships.Competitive Compensation: Attractive salary with performance-based bonuses.Career Growth: Fast-track opportunities in a rapidly scaling international business, with ongoing professional development support.
