We are seeking a proactive and hands-on E-commerce Account Manager to oversee and grow our brand presence across TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and is deeply familiar with platform operations, content creation, and campaign execution.Key responsibilities:Account Management:Manage daily operations of TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee accounts.Ensure product listings are accurate, optimized, and up-to-date.Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve conversion and traffic.Content & Campaign Execution:Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and platform-specific events.Coordinate and produce engaging content including product shoots, livestreams, and short-form videos.Collaborate with internal teams and influencers to drive brand visibility and engagement.Operational Excellence:Handle order processing, inventory updates, and customer service coordination.Analyze sales data and generate performance reports to guide decision-making.Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities.Requirements:A minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in an e-commerce, retail, or business development role.Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent practical experience).Proven experience managing e-commerce operations on TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.Strong understanding of platform tools, seller centers, and promotional mechanics.Hands-on skills in content creation, including basic shooting and editing.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
