For over a decade, we’ve been shaking up the drinks game with our delicious, live-cultured bevvies, becoming the most loved kombucha brand in ANZ and expanding fast across the globe.We’re now looking for an eCommerce Manager to take the reins on our fast-growing online channels, from Amazon to our own DTC store, and help us bring Remedy to even more hands (and fridges) around the world.You’ll bring a strong understanding of the online retail landscape, from managing eRetailer relationships to optimising the digital shelf and retail media performance, ensuring Remedy shows up brilliantly wherever our consumers shop.What’s the gig?This isn’t your typical eCommerce gig. You’ll be steering Remedy’s global eCommerce growth strategy, driving performance across Amazon, Coles, Woolworths, DTC, and emerging marketplaces.You’ll blend commercial smarts, digital know-how and a love of data to deliver seamless online experiences that convert browsers into buyers. You’ll also partner with our National Account Managers and Global Digital Marketing Manager to make sure every pixel, promo and page is working as hard as our booch.What you’ll be doingDefine and execute the global eCommerce strategy across Amazon, Grocery and DTC, aligned to business objectives.Lead and optimise online growth plans for key markets, driving revenue and market share while ensuring best-in-class execution.Partner with retail media heavyweights like Amazon, Coles 360, and Cartology to deliver campaigns that cut through and convert.Develop and manage account-level investment and performance plans, identifying what’s working, what’s not, and where to go next.Own Remedy’s DTC experience, from UX and CRO to Shopify product management, pricing, and on-site promotions.Monitor and report on global eCommerce performance metrics (conversion, AOV, CAC, CLV, etc.), using insights to fuel smarter decisions.Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing, Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure we’re delivering growth with purpose.What you’ll bringYou’re a commercially minded eCommerce all-rounder who loves the hustle of FMCG and the pace of digital retail. You’re just as comfortable in the data as you are in a negotiation. You think strategically, act fast, and always look for smarter ways to grow.Here’s what will set you up for success:5+ years’ experience in eCommerce, FMCG or retail (experience with Amazon, Coles or Woolworths highly regarded).Strong commercial acumen and account management skills.Proven success in driving online sales and share growth.Experience using tools like Shopify, CitrusAd, and digital analytics platforms.Sharp analytical mindset - you love using data to tell a story and spot opportunities.Great communication and influencing skills, able to bring people on the journey.A proactive, hands-on approach - you make things happen, fast.Why Remedy?At Remedy, we move fast, think big, and have fun along the way.
