This role involves developing and implementing e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth, ensure high customer satisfaction level. The candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce trends, digital marketing and have a proven track record of successfully managing a Brand online sales channel (brand own website/marketplaces).KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop, own and execute ecommerce strategies to achieve sales target and business objectives for the brand.• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including regional and local marketing, merchandisers, digital enterprise, logistics to ensure seamless online operation.• Analyze market trends, customer behavior and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.• Working with digital marketing lead to drive traffic, conversion and customer retention.• Monitor and analyze key KPIs to access the effectiveness of ecommerce initiative and make data-driven decisions.• Work closely with third-party vendors, agencies and technology partners to enhance e-commerce ecosystem and ads efficiency.• Collaborate with the global e-commerce team to align regional strategies with organizational goals.• Stay informed about industry best practices emerging technologies and ecommerce trends to recommend innovative solutions.• Provide regular reports and updates to management, involve in brand presentation and business review discussion.KEY REQUIREMENTS•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.•Over 5 years of progressive experience in the Ecommerce business field.•Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding e-commerce sales KPIs.•Direct experience managing a brand's official website online store is highly preferred. Experience with marketplace store management or an e-commerce agency background is a plus.•Strong technical experience in e-commerce, including proficiency with Salesforce Commerce Cloud or an equivalent enterprise-level platform.*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
