If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for digital innovation, we’d love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipManage and mentor a team of marketing executives and designersFoster a collaborative, high-performance culture focused on creativity and resultsCRM & Customer EngagementOversee CRM strategy and execution, including segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and personalisationDrive customer retention and loyalty through targeted communicationsOnsite Product OptimisationCollaborate with product team to improve product presentation and conversionAnalyse performance data to inform content, layout, and promotional strategiesCreative DirectionLead ideation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital channelsEnsure brand consistency and innovation in all creative assetsMarketing Calendar ManagementOwn the planning and delivery of the annual marketing calendarCoordinate cross-functional teams to align campaigns with trading priorities and seasonal momentsPerformance & ReportingMonitor KPIs and campaign performance, providing actionable insightsContinuously test, learn, and optimise for improved ROIAbout YouSkills & ExperienceProven experience in eCommerce marketing, ideally within retail or consumer goodsStrong leadership and team management skillsExpertise in CRM platforms and customer journey mappingSolid understanding of onsite merchandising and conversion optimisationCreative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytellingExcellent project management and communication skillsData-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics toolsAbout UsGSF Car Parts is one of the UK’s leading automotive parts distributors, supplying thousands of independent garages throughout the UK and Ireland with parts, tools, garage equipment and specialist training.
