Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales and increase market shareMonitor and analyse e-commerce data, identifying trends and opportunities to optimise the customer experience and boost revenueProvide excellent customer service to e-commerce customers, resolving issues and ensuring a positive brand experienceStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to continuously improve the e-commerce channelPitching potential seller and boost sales QualificationsExperience: Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling an e-commerce channel (marketplaces and direct platforms).Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing).Analytical Prowess: Proven ability to analyze complex sales data, identify key trends, and implement data-driven optimization strategies.Business Development: Demonstrated success in seller/partner acquisition and effective sales pitching.WFO : Surabaya
