Our iconic products are brought to life by a dedicated team of 800 passionate employees and sold in over 90 markets worldwide.What you’ll do:We’re looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist to oversee our brand’s official website, including the WeChat mini-program and mobile site, ensuring alignment with global eCommerce, brand, and sales strategies. You will lead daily operations, drive traffic and campaigns, and optimise the online customer experience to support brand growth in China.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations: order and inventory management, merchandising, page updates, and design communicationsPlan, execute, and monitor eCommerce campaigns in coordination with internal teams and third-party partnersDevelop and execute investment and traffic-driving plans; manage marketing resources and traffic channelsCollaborate with brand marketing to enhance brand presence via eCommerce channelsAnalyse performance data, propose improvements, and enhance store efficiency and user experienceCoordinate with customer service, logistics, channel marketing, and other teams to ensure smooth executionRegularly review operations, propose innovations, optimise workflows, and strengthen resource managementEvaluate eCommerce systems and operations, working with internal and external teams to improve UXAdapt overall eCommerce strategy to fit the China market, channel mix, and product segmentation.You probably have the following experiences & skills:Bachelor’s degree in a commercial discipline.5+ years in China eCommerce (Tmall, JD, etc.)2+ years managing brand official stores (web/mini-program)Experience in consumer electronics is a plusSelf-driven, reliable, and humble, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.Our pledge:We thrive to foster an inclusive workplace and we do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, disability, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age or marital status.
