With a strong global presence across Southeast Asia and Oceania, we offer a wide spectrum of laundry, household, and hygiene care products, bringing a healthier and more beautiful life to people every day.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and grow the e-commerce business for assigned brands on marketplaces.Plan and execute monthly sales and marketing campaigns (e.g., Double Digit, Mid-Month, Payday Sales) in coordination with internal teams and brand partners.Manage day-to-day store operations including product listing, pricing, inventory updates, visual merchandising, and campaign banner placement.Work closely with brand partners on demand planning, inventory forecasting, and campaign participation.Maximize onsite visibility and exposure through platform tools, sponsored placements, and marketing assets.Maintain store health, ensure accurate product content, and monitor marketplace KPIs (e.g., ratings, fulfillment, customer experience).Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and problem resolution.Analyze sales performance, conversion data, and competitor benchmarks to drive actionable insights and improvement strategies.Build and manage strong relationships with marketplace key account managers, brand principals, and internal teams.Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform changes, and competitor strategies to remain competitive.Plan and manage livestream sessions, including scheduling, content flow, and technical setup.Identify and collaborate with KOLs/influencers to enhance livestream engagement and reach.Host and coordinate live streaming sessions to promote key products and interact with customers in real time.Prepare livestream content, product highlights, and promotional scripts.Collaborate with production and design teams for a seamless visual experience.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.2+ years of relevant experience in e-commerce sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty/personal care sector.Strong understanding of Lazada Seller Center and other major e-commerce platforms.Experience in campaign planning, store content management, and promotional execution.Proficient in Excel and data analysis; familiar with reporting tools and KPIs.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Proactive, data-driven, and capable of working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
