We are now looking for aCATEGORY SALES SPECIALIST (E-COMMERCE), BEAUTYto join the brand new Digital Commerce unit. In this role you will support the Digital Commerce Sales Manager, Beauty in driving sales, profitability, and customer experience for the beauty category in digital commerce in omnichannel model in our three markets.You can be located in either Finland, Latvia or Estonia.Where is your expertise needed?As a Category Specialist, Beauty you will manage daily execution of campaigns, product data quality and site content, ensure smooth operations and commercially optimized category performance.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Execute and optimize campaigns and category activations according to commercial plan with agreed timelines and high qualityManage promotions, set up digital campaigns, and align content needs. Deliver post-campaign analysis and performance trackingDrive actions to improve category conversion rates and sell-through%Maintain accurate product data, pricing, and stock availability in the eCommerce systemsEnsure that beauty category content (images, copy, tutorials, SEO text) is optimized for conversion and searchSupport in optimization of E2E processMonitor returns reasons and suggest improvements to reduce return ratesTrack and report daily/weekly sales, GM%, stock, and return metricsEnsure all content is optimized for SEO, AI discoverability, and search intent to maximize organic and agent-based visibilityCollaborate with Growth, Performance Marketing & SEO, Personalization to optimize category content (incl. newsletters) with campaignsUse insights to optimize assortment mix, promotional planning, and pricing decisionsCreate & produce digitally optimized content using AI toolsOptimize templates and content blocks on-site/in-app for personalization at scaleWhat are we looking for?To succeed in this role, you bring:Minimum 3 years of experience in eCommerce, online category management, assortment planning, or omnichannel retailHands-on familiarity with eCommerce platforms and tools such as SFCC, Shopify, Google Analytics, Power BI, PIM, DAM (or similar)A proven track record of driving revenue growth through digital channelsWe also highly value:A strong commercial mindset – understanding timing, campaigns, product appeal, and trends, combined with a real passion for the beauty categoryExperience working with content management systems, A/B testing, CRM & personalization tools (e.g. Hubspot, Algonomy, SFCC Einstein)Analytical sharpness and data-driven decision-making, including advanced Excel, data visualization, and reporting skillsExperience with growth hacking and conversion rate optimization (CRO)Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiativesFamiliarity with AI creative tools and the ability to leverage them for content production at scaleSolid understanding of SEO and AI optimizationOther essentials:Fluency in English (written and spoken) and at least one of our local languages (Finnish, Latvian or Estonian)Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with many stakeholdersIf you’re ready to challenge yourself and make a real impact in the world of digital commerce – this is your opportunity!
