If you're passionate about creating AI solutions that have a real-world impact on traffic safety and efficiency, this is your opportunity!📍 Location: Hanoi Capital Region (On-site)--------------------------------👉 Your mission will include:✔️ Core Algorithm Architecture: Lead the R&D, design, and development of specialized Computer Vision models for our Intelligent Traffic Camera platform, including:* Vehicle Detection & Classification (cars, motorcycles, trucks, buses, etc.).* High-accuracy Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR/LPR).* Multi-lane and Multi-camera Vehicle Tracking.* Behavior Analysis & Violation Detection (e.g., red-light running, lane violations, speeding).✔️ Peak Performance Optimization: Directly improve and optimize AI models to achieve maximum performance (accuracy, inference speed) for deployment on embedded hardware (IP Cameras, Edge Computing Boxes).✔️ Field Deployment & Integration: Collaborate closely with Firmware and Backend teams to integrate, test, and deploy solutions at scale, ensuring 24/7 stable operation in real-world traffic environments.✔️ Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Act as a subject-matter expert, driving the technology roadmap, sharing knowledge, and mentoring other AI engineers within the team.--------------------------------👉 Requirements:1. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 🎓 Candidates with prior experience at companies in the Intelligent Traffic System (ITS) or Surveillance Camera sectors are highly preferred.In-depth knowledge of Computer Vision & Deep Learning, with a strong focus on AI applications for traffic cameras.2. Years of Experience:A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of Computer Vision & Deep Learning.Hands-on experience in deploying AI models on embedded hardware (e.g., IP Cameras, Embedded Systems).3. Technical Skills:Expert proficiency in C/C++ and Python.Experience with cross-compilers, Makefile, and CMake.Proficient in using AI frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX.Solid understanding of AI algorithms and techniques: Object Detection, Object Tracking, Image Segmentation, Re-Identification, Action Recognition.Experience in model optimization for CPU/NPU/GPU, especially on specialized SoCs such as Ambarella, Mediatek, Novatek, SigmaStar, etc.Thorough understanding of the image & audio processing pipeline in cameras: ISP, RAW image data, video codecs (H.264/H.265/AV1), audio codecs (PCM/AAC), and video streams (RTSP/ONVIF/RTMP/HLS).Experience with large-scale image/video data processing and model training on GPU clusters or cloud platforms.Experience in building and managing datasets, including collection, labeling, augmentation, and version control. 📚Knowledge of standards and legal regulations related to traffic cameras and data privacy.4. Soft Skills:Working proficiency in English.Strong ability to analyze and solve complex problems, and perform effectively under high pressure.Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with hardware, firmware, and backend teams.Proactive in researching and staying up-to-date with new AI technologies. 📖Strong technical communication skills with the ability to mentor junior and mid-level team members. mentor5.
