You’ll have a tangible impact on high-profile cases while helping shape the firm’s next evolution in digital legal workflows.Locations: New York, Boston, Chicago, San Francisco, LA and Washington D.C.What You’ll DoAs a Senior eDiscovery Analyst, you'll be a trusted expert and leader, driving efficiency and insight across complex legal matters. You’ll:Serve as the go-to expert for managing end-to-end eDiscovery workflows across preservation, collection, processing, review, and production.Architect and optimise workflows that leverage TAR, analytics, and next-gen litigation tech.Partner with attorneys and legal tech specialists to introduce smarter, tech-enabled litigation strategies.Lead project teams, mentor junior colleagues, and elevate team capability.Craft and deliver training to attorneys and support teamsOversee and evaluate vendors to ensure quality, timelines, and value align.Champion firm-wide innovation initiatives and push forward legal tech best practices.Ensure meticulous documentation and alignment with legal tech standards and compliance frameworks.What You Bring5+ years’ experience in eDiscovery project management, ideally within a law firm or legal service provider.Deep knowledge of eDiscovery workflows, litigation lifecycle, and legal technologies.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Relativity, Brainspace, Opus 2, and similar tools.Proven success leading complex projects under pressure, with multiple stakeholders.Exceptional communication, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.Ability to train, influence, and lead teams across functions.Must be a U.S. citizen (due to data sensitivity and clearance requirements).What’s In It For YouBase Salary: $140,000 – $185,000Bonus + overtimeComprehensive health & wellness benefits401(k) + pension planGenuine pathways for career growth and leadershipA collaborative culture that invests in your developmentEqual OpportunityAPT Search is an equal opportunity employer.
