Department: ContentEmployment Type: Fixed Term - Full TimeLocation: WarsawDescriptionBand: L6This role will be responsible for building, implementing and maintaining editorial plans across multiple regions and assisting the Editorial Managers in administrative tasks. We aim to drive customer engagement, value and deliver our customers an unbeatable customer experience via the user interface homepages across SkyShowtime apps and website. We achieve this by serving the right content to the right customer with more of the content they love.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in all training sessions for platform features and assist in operational roll-out.Implementation and scheduling of editorial plans into internal Content Management system. Responsible for checking content availability and licencing windows across multiple countries using Airtable and ensuring editorial plans reflect accurate availability.Work closely with the Editorial Managers to implement their strategies into stunts or seasonal plans as required and support them in generating ideas based on content performance data. Attend configuration meetings and implement A/B tests into internal content management system, including all set up and daily monitoring across multiple countries. Become the go-to contact for A/B test development, maintaining close contact with the external support teams and raising service tickets and troubleshooting issues.Communicate with external teams and engineers until the resolution of any issues. Responsible for gathering data reports and feedback after A/B tests have been completed to add to the testing tracker and inform future decision making. Become the internal expert on editorial plans and A/B tests. May be required to support other team members with data entry into the Content Management System to schedule rails and content across multiple territories, implementing long range planning and short notice ad hoc communications. May be required to support other team members with maintenance of artwork on platform and maintaining timely information such as tune in badges. Documenting processes and how-to guides. Ensure changes and ad-hoc requests from multiple teams across the business are dealt with in a timely manner with a positive attitude.Collaborate across various departments in multiple territories. General problem solving and QA across platform – identifying misaligned recommendations, monitoring automated rails content and reporting issues to ensure the optimum experience for our members and support retention KPIs. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseExceptional attention to detail.Significant systems experience, working with content scheduling systems (e.g. IBMS, What’s On) within streaming or TV.Problem solver and solution focused. Experience of data entry and system inputting.A test and learn mindset. A passion for content. Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills within an international environment.Positive and flexible attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes and last-minute requests.Fluent English speaking, other European languages a plus.Experience with Microsoft suite.
