Our brand, Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed recruitment and headhunting firm in the Philippines, is excited to collaborate with a leading International Student Service Provider in their search for a passionate Education Consultant based in San Juan City.Salary Range: ₱20,000 – ₱35,000Work Setup: OnsiteShift: Day ShiftLocation: San Juan CityWhat You’ll Be DoingStudent Recruitment & SupportOn a daily basis, you will: Provide personalized counselling to help students make well-informed decisions about their studies abroadStrengthen and continuously improve counselling servicesMonitor and follow up on student inquiries, applications, and acceptancesRespond promptly and professionally to feedback, concerns, and questions from students and parentsMaintain and update the student database accuratelyHandle essential office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operationsMarketing & EventsYou’ll help grow the brand’s presence and connect with future students through meaningful initiatives:Assist in planning and executing local marketing strategies and budgetsOrganize and participate in online and offline activities such as education fairs, roadshows, presentations, and other promotional eventsPromote partner institutions and study destinationsIdentify and explore new market segmentsGather and update relevant market insightsIncrease brand visibility and awareness in your assigned territoryPublic Relations & PartnershipsBuilding strong relationships will be central to your role. You will:Establish and maintain positive partnerships with institutional representativesEngage with student organizations, professional associations, and special interest groupsServe as a liaison with local partners and sub-agentsConduct school visits and cultivate relationships with principals and guidance counselorsWhat We’re Looking ForWe welcome candidates who are passionate about education, global exposure, and student engagement.Background in International Studies, Foreign Affairs, Hospitality, Tourism, or any related field is preferredExperience in visa processing (UK and European countries is a plus)Exposure to studying or working abroad for at least one month is an advantageStrong administrative and sales capabilitiesExperience in migration agencies, travel agencies, customer service, or visa processing is highly valuedTech-savvy or willing to learn CRM systemsStrong interpersonal and PR skillsFresh graduates are encouraged to apply, especially those with strong involvement in extracurricular activities that demonstrate leadership, communication, and service-oriented skills.If you’re passionate about helping students achieve their global education goals and thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment, we’d love to hear from you.We appreciate your patience as our team reviews a high volume of applications.
