About Tech Performance Centre (TPC)Tech Performance Centre (TPC) is a national high-performance training provider committed to excellence in education, innovation, and transformation.Through QCTO- and SETA-accredited occupational programmes, TPC develops future-ready professionals in Technology, Software Development, and Financial Trading.We pride ourselves on a strong compliance culture, cutting-edge delivery models, and a mission to create sustainable impact through skills development and transformation.Role OverviewTPC seeks an Education, Training, and Development (ETD) Specialist to lead academic quality, curriculum compliance, and training excellence across all faculties.This pivotal role ensures alignment with QCTO, SETA, and SAQA frameworks, safeguarding the integrity of our programmes and the success of our learners.You’ll act as the custodian of academic quality, driving innovation, accountability, and consistency across all learning interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee quality assurance of programme design, class delivery, and assessment practices.Ensure compliance with QCTO curriculum structures, occupational qualification components, and assessment specifications.Support accreditation processes, including curriculum mapping, verification readiness, and evidence portfolio audits.Collaborate with academic coordinators and facilitators to maintain high teaching standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance learning outcomes and institutional performance.Maintain up-to-date compliance documentation and liaise with SETAs and QCTO stakeholders.RequirementsDegree or Diploma in Education, Training, or a related ETDP field.Assessor, Moderator, or SDF registration advantageous.Minimum 5 years’ experience within a QCTO, SETA, TVET, or Private Provider environment.Deep understanding of occupational qualification design, NQF levels, and quality assurance systems.Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.Personal AttributesHigh attention to detail and personal accountability.Passionate about education quality and transformation.Able to work independently and thrive within a high-performance team culture.Committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
