Education Program Manager

📍AVC Education — a bilingual cultural and educational center based in Belgrade🔹 Requirements:•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education (preferred: Mathematics, English, Sciences, or related fields)•⁠ English proficiency at C1 level or higher; knowledge of Russian/Serbian is a plus•⁠ Proven experience in the educational field, preferably with Cambridge International programs•⁠ Strong classroom management and student engagement skills•⁠ Ability to explain complex material clearly and accessibly•⁠ Familiarity with modern educational technologies (online platforms, interactive learning methods)•⁠ Excellent communication skills, responsibility, and patience🔹Responsibilities:•⁠ Preparing and delivering lessons based on the Cambridge Curriculum•⁠ Adapting materials for different student levels•⁠ Conducting demonstrations and experiments (for science subjects)•⁠ Reviewing and assessing written work, tests, and practical assignments•⁠ Maintaining academic records in accordance with Cambridge Assessment standards•⁠ Preparing students for IGCSE and A-Level exams•⁠ Supporting the use of Cambridge International digital resources•⁠ Maintaining electronic grade books, tables, and reports•⁠ Assisting in organizing school events (field trips, performances, conferences, competitions)•⁠ Participating in students’ extracurricular and character-building activities•⁠ Supporting the Cambridge accreditation process, including writing and reviewing academic programs 🧩We are looking for:A professional with relevant international teaching experience (a strong advantage), capable of creating a well-structured learning environment and demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude toward students.📬 Contact us:Telegram — @AVC_adminEmail — edu@avcschool.rsPhone — +381604252088
