The services we provide are: Branding, Social Media/PR, Newsletters, Messaging; Ads, SEO; Design, Video, Copy; Websites & Apps, Management Solutions, Email & Hosting, Software Implementation; Developing campaign concepts and combining all our services.Role OverviewThe Right Street is looking for a full-time, hybrid Project Manager & Social Media Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support multiple teams and services across the agency, gaining hands-on experience in project management, social media, and client communications. You will work in a fast-moving, ever-changing environment where no day is the same, helping to drive projects forward, support team operations, and ensure smooth execution of tasks. This role is ideal for someone curious about how EU policies shape the work of our clients and who enjoys researching complex topics and translating them into clear, actionable insights. You will contribute to the agency’s mission while developing a deep understanding of agency workflows, project management practices, and digital communications. Please note this job opportunity is primarily aimed at candidates based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Belgium.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct research on various EU topics and policies, translating complex information into clear insights for clients and internal teamsSupport project management activities, including setting up timelines, preparing presentations, and drafting reports to ensure smooth project executionAnalyse and summarize key news, trends, and policy developments relevant to clients, providing actionable takeawaysMap audiences and stakeholders to support client strategies and agency initiativesMonitor social media channels and online discussions to identify relevant insights and trendsAssist the department with administrative tasks, helping to maintain efficient workflows and support team operationsRequirementsExcellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAbility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment, often under high pressureStrong analytical skills, with the ability to summarise and prioritise complex topics and newsKnowledge and understanding of the EU sector is a plusExcellent written and spoken English is a mustNice to HaveBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to project management, communications, social media, or digital marketingFamiliarity with productivity and collaboration tools such as Notion and Google WorkspaceWhat We OfferA paid traineeship with the possibility of contract extensionThe chance to work in an international, fast-paced environment with exposure to the EU contextA mentor and a supportive team to guide you and help you grow to your full potentialFlexibility to work from the office or remotelyIf you meet the criteria and are eager to contribute to exciting projects, make sure to apply!In case of technical issues with submitting your job application via LinkedIn, you can send your CV to katarina.savic@therightstreet.digital
