About the RoleSTEAM for Vietnam is launching OctoAI to support both teachers and learners with a self-paced, interactive, classroom-ready experience. As Education Project Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of pedagogy, product, and operations. You’ll turn real classroom needs into usable curricula, onboarding, help content, and a community of practice—so teachers adopt OctoAI confidently and students see measurable learning gains.3. What You’ll Doa) Curriculum Design & Class OperationsDevelop course/content frameworks aligned with Vietnamese classrooms; apply learning science to course design.Oversee content creation and class operations (planning, delivery cadence, quality).Track outcomes and iterate; bring creative, practical innovations to improve learning impact.b) Learner/Teacher SuccessOwn onboarding journeys and self-serve support (office hours, help center).Build and moderate a community of practice; surface best practices and FAQs into playbooks.Use feedback and basic analytics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.4.
